Hate is a form of jealousy
jealousy arises from a desire for something
one perceives that is not theirs
this is based on a faulty judgment that having something
one perceives that one does not have will make life better
or more satisfactory or more just or more full or more companionable
happiness comes from acceptance and satisfaction -
a sense of lack never brings happiness-
jealousy arises from a sense of lack
acceptance is the key to happiness
